Lubrication System
Lubricating many places on a
machine with a centralised grease lubrication system is used in industrial and
heavy-duty mobile equipment applications.
These systems range in complexity
from a simple single-port lubricator to complex dual-line, reversing machines
with timers and alarms that consistently distribute grease to hundreds of
grease points.
The volume and frequency of
grease required at each point, the number of points requiring grease, operating
circumstances, pump pressure, line diameter, and distance to the grease points
are all design characteristics for centralised grease systems.
Centralized grease systems can improve
technician productivity and simplify equipment maintenance processes when used
and maintained appropriately.
The following is a complete
description of centralised grease systems, including the advantages they
provide, the many types, issues to be aware of, and recommendations on how to
properly maintain them.
Advantages:
-
Easy
to use and understand, with minimal effort and maximum results.
-
Lubrication
is applied evenly to all places, especially those that are difficult to
reach, regardless of pipe or back pressure.
-
As
a result, proper lubrication is attained. As reliance on labour for
lubrication is minimised, the machine becomes more efficient with less
wear and tear of parts, resulting in no error or carelessness.
-
By
keeping the work area and machine clean, mishaps due to oil spillage,
manual error/negligence are avoided.
- Brings your machine up to date.
MANUAL GREASE PUMP
Manual
Grease Pumpis manually operated, single line grease lubrication pump, is
available to install at the wall or shelf of the machines, the Manual GreasePump is be able to connect with single line divider to become a centrally
manual working lubrication system.
Manual Grease Pump is suitable
for low lubricating frequency (General lubricating interval for more than 4
hours), piping not more than 50 meters in length, single small equipment
lubrication point of not more than 100 points, as a single line grease
lubricating feeding device.
Working
Principle
When the lubrication system's primary metering distributor displays a lubricating volume of up to 3.2mL and all of the piston rods are drawn up, the lubrication requirement points have been filled with grease. The grease in the indicator returns to grease volume through the check valve once you stop pressing the handle and pull the piston rod of the metering distributor back.
These pumps
are ideal for lubricating single points on a variety of tiny machinery. They
are also suited to Single and Dual Line systems for both oil and grease,
depending on the model.
They range in size from 0.5 to 12 litres and are made of transparent plastic or metal reservoirs.
Machines that use manual pumps for lubrication must be light and have a certain number of lubrication parts ranging from 1 to 20. Grease Pumps, which are made consisting of a translucent acrylic reservoir that contains and retains grease, are another example of manual pump equipment.
Please make your choice between Oil manual pumps or Grease manual pumps and in
case you don't find here your product, please contact Drops A for further
information.
The rest of
the equipment is similar to the Grease Pump, with the exception that the Manual
Pump Equipment allows for grease reverse flow testing.
